Hello,
by reading the rule-book I learnt that the result of downhill gliding isn't the distance but the speed. So I would like to know how long is the distance from starting line to finish line.

reading the registration form you can see:
** This (gliding, coasting)will be a distance race held on the track in the stadium.
** Gliding und Coasting werden als Distanzrennen auf der Tartanbahn im Stadium durchgeführt
so alle questions concerning this should be answered!

Hello,
reading the programm you'll see that coasting is held on the track in the stadium and downhill gliding is held on RoskildeVej. So I don't think that they will carry out gliding like coasting. And IUF-rules only know downhill gliding (how it is called in the programm, too) as a competion with a result in time and not in meter.
So, you can see there is a contadiction. I hope one of the organization comitee will comment on this problem.
